Investment circumstances in Cambodia
Since foreigners are allowed to own condominium only not land. To own land, foreigners need to setup a Cambodian legal entity (majority shares own by Cambodian but it can be arranged by law firm to prepare class of voting shares to protect real foreign owners of the land)
