What is the direction of high popularity noodles and what will come next?

Franchise Japan was pre-opened at the end of November of last year and officially opened in March of this year.

Although we initially advertised on the net but now stop advertising.

Due to the accumulation of articles, the number of overseas visitors coming through search has increased.

Now ramen is still popular and inquiries to us are also the most frequent. But we had an inquiry about tsukemen (noodles that are dipped in sauce) from Australia the other day.

On the other hand, from Singapore where the rent is high we got an inquiry to propose expansion of small noodle shops.

Thinking about it, in the past days of Showa era, street ramen shop was common.

Udon (self-service) seems likely to grow still more.

I feel that soba is really mysterious and think that when it becomes possible to understand the delicacy of the seasoning of Japanese cuisine with the inbound effect, it might break from around Europe and America at once.

Next to noodles. . .

My expectation is “Japan style curry” which is a national food of Japan that is increasingly inquired recently.
